1. Scope and Applicability.

This Agreement constitutes the entire, final and exclusive agreement between you and Solar regarding your use of the Services on the website from which you accessed this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement supersede all prior and contemporaneous oral and written communications, agreements, and understandings between you and Solar with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
